April 17, 2014 Thursday Opening day 8AM-5PM
• Registration packet/goodie bag pick up at Mandalay Bay
• Pre-registered Mustangs will be parked in the Midway area.
• East Parking lot for car haulers and semi-trailer tractors.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Outside Road Course opens for open track.
• 11:00am Mustang 50th Birthday Celebration Opening Ceremony. Welcoming comments by Hal Sperlich & Henry Ford III – other VIPs
• 3-4:00pm Early Mustang TV Commercials 1964-67 –video presentation-Bob Fria

April 18, 2014 Friday 8AM-5PM

• 9:30-10:30am Origin of The Ford Mustang – video presentation – Bob Fria
• Mustang 50th Half Marathon Expo opens at 11AM-8PM.
• 10:30-11:30am Origin of The Mustang Concept /Mustang Genesis research/book signing -Bob Fria
• Pre-registered Mustangs will be parked in the Midway area.
• East Parking lot for car haulers and semi-trailer tractors.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Outside Road Course opens for open track.
• 800/400 space parking lots, adjacent to the Midway opens for public parking.
• 1-2:00pm Mustang Origin Discussion with Program Manager Hal Sperlich – Question & Answer/Autograph Session. Introduction by Bob Fria
• 2-3:00pm First pre-production Mustang hard top Restoration Presentation slide show – Bob Fria
• 3-4:00pm How a Car Is Built – video presentation – Bob Fria

• 7 AM start of the Mustang 50th Half Marathon on the start line of the LVMS.
• Registration packet/goodie bag for the car portion only, pick up at Mandalay Bay.
• 9:30-10:30am Origin of The Ford Mustang – video presentation – Bob Fria
• 10:30-11:30am Selling the Mustang – from Mad Men TV Series –video presentation-Bob Fria
• Inside road course to be used for the Mustang 50th Half Marathon in the AM. Possible use for Hot Laps with Ford and Shelby.
• Pre-registered Mustangs will be parked in the Midway area.
• Conclusion of Mustang 50th Marathon, open speedway for guest to take laps.
• Manufacturer’s Midway and Vendor Village opens.
• Outside Road Course opens for open track.
• 2:00 pm Mustang Origin Discussion with Program Manager Hal Sperlich – Question & Answer/Autograph Session. Introduction by Bob Fria
• 2:30-3:30 Early Mustang TV Commercials 1964-67 – video presentation – Bob Fria
• 7:00 pm – Evening Banquet– Luxor Hotel & Casino (located next to Mandalay Bay host hotel – VIP attendees *Guest Speaker – TBA – & brief VIP comments – Lee Iacocca Award Presentation *still in planning stages this date
April 20, 2014 Final Day 8AM-3PM
